Local Map Construction (LMC) is a family-owned and operated basement finishing company in Loveland Colorado. The two owners are best friends and both enjoy the craftsmanship involved with construction projects.


Joe is a husband, girl dad, and proud fur baby parent. He has his own woodworking shop which he crafts cutting boards and charcuterie boards in his spare time. He likes unique slabs of wood and can be found at several local wood supply stores eyeballing some purple heart or zebra wood.


Matt, on the other hand, loves the bigger projects and the visionary planning portion of each project. He is a husband and father of 4. He finds enjoyment in the completed projects around his house as well as his clients.
