Hi, I’m Joe Nock! I’m the master artisan behind exquisite custom cutting boards. Each board begins its journey in my workshop in Loveland, Colorado. With meticulous attention to detail, I handpick the finest woods sourced locally and exotic woods from around the world that have been shipped in and selected to create your beautiful designer cutting board.

    The best wood for cutting board use often comes down to personal preference in terms of look and feel. However, I’m here to guide you on the characteristics of each wood type. 


  • Can I customize the size of my cutting board?

    Absolutely! Whether you're looking for a large cutting board for expansive meal preps or a mid-size wood board for everyday use, I can customize the size to fit your specific needs and kitchen space.

  • How do I maintain and clean my custom wood cutting board?

    Proper care extends the life of your board. I recommend regular oilings with food-grade mineral oil to keep the wood from drying out. For cleaning, a simple wipe with a damp paper towel and mild soap will do. Avoid soaking in water or using harsh detergents.

  • How do I get rid of stains and smells on my cutting boards?

    For food wood and bamboo boards, you can use salt and lemon to remove the stains. For stubborn stains such as beet stains, you can make a paste with baking soda and water. To eliminate the smells, especially those smells of garlic, fish, etc., you can use white vinegar. For tougher smells, sprinkle baking soda on the board, scrub it in gently, then let it sit for 10-15 minutes before rinsing.

    Yes! My wood cutting boards are designed to accommodate a variety of foods. From juicy fruits and vegetables to raw meat, our boards are crafted to prevent cross-contamination.
